Employers can get Living Wage accreditation through a new programme launched by Advice NI

As regional partner for the Living Wage Foundation, Advice NI has introduced Living Wage NI to promote fair pay among employers in Northern Ireland and help them obtain Living Wage accreditation.

What is the real living wage?

The real living wage is independently calculated based on living costs. It applies to all employees aged 18 and above, currently set at 拢12.00 per hour in the UK and 拢13.50 in London.
