Belfast business festival focuses on sustainability

RE[act] Festival to host a number of events over three days to help local businesses save money and become more sustainable.

The Re[act] Festival aims to celebrate and raise awareness of the current sustainability initiatives already taking place across Belfast as well as to inspire more individuals, organisations and policy makers to react to the challenges and opportunities brought about by climate change.

Exploring sustainablility

The RE[act] Festival will focus on three key themes: people, place and planet, keeping in tradition with the theme of the Belfast 2024 Year of Culture. Some sustainablility topics explored during the festival will be:

  • artificial intelligence for social good
  • health and wellbeing
  • green technology
  • clean energy
  • responsible consumption
  • sustainable transport
  • climate action
  • biodiversity conservation

Festival events

The RE[act] Festival occurs from Tuesday 12 to Thursday 14 November 2024. There are a range of business-related events taking place over the three days of the festival.
