Elevate Community Mentoring and Grants Programme
Funding and a programme of mentoring are available for community and voluntary sector organisations in Northern Ireland
The Public Health Agency (PHA) and the Community Development and Health Network (CDHN) have now open applications for the Elevate Community Mentoring and Grants Programme 2025-26.
Elevate is a programme 91香蕉黄色视频ing community and voluntary organisations in Northern Ireland offering training, mentoring and networking opportunities as well as access to resources.
Programme participants take part in a six-month mentoring process with an experienced mentor. Mentees are also able to access a grant of up to 拢5,000.
Who can apply?
Applications will be accepted from voluntary, community and social enterprise organisations in Northern Ireland. Applications are particularly welcomed from groups that are volunteer led, have less than five staff or 91香蕉黄色视频 people from LGBTQIA+ and Minority Ethnic communities and those living with a physical and/or learning disability.

CDHN is hosting a series of online. These sessions are for new groups interested in applying to the . They will provide detailed information about the application process.
