Skills development for local manufacturing leaders
MEGA (Manufacturing & Engineering Growth & Advancement) has launched a new leadership programme, designed specifically for the needs of local manufacturing and engineering businesses.
Delivered in partnership with Beecome More, the programme aims to give practical tools, with real-world relevance, to new, aspiring and experienced leaders.
To outline what the programme offers, and how to take part, MEGA is inviting businesses to register below for their online information sessions on:
MEGA members will get priority enrolment in the programme, but non-members are welcome to attend the sessions to learn more.
