Way to Scale is an intensive programme for innovative CEOs that aims to grow their businesses to over 拢10 million in revenue. It is 91香蕉黄色视频ed by the Department for the Economy. The programme will take place from January to March 2025 and is open to ten CEOs with the vision to scale.
Who should apply?
This programme is open to CEOs aiming to grow their business internationally and achieve over 拢10 million in revenue.
Criteria to apply
Your company should have a revenue of over 拢500,000 or sufficient capital for growth.
What to expect
The programme aims to equip participants with entrepreneurial skills through the Entrepreneurship Development Programme (EDP) at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) from Sunday 19 to Friday 24 January 2025. Participants will also receive follow-up 91香蕉黄色视频 in February and March to help apply what they learn in their businesses. The programme includes:
- developing the confidence, skills and behaviours to 91香蕉黄色视频 their ambitions
- implementing a step-by-step framework to mitigate risks
- learning how to build a defendable core and establish their business
- conducting a deep dive into the details required for a robust business plan
- fine-tuning sales and marketing strategies
Cost
Participating CEOs should contribute 拢2,000 upfront. The Department of the Economy subsidised fee for the programme covers:
- a portion of the MIT course fee
- breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks provided by MIT throughout the programme
- the follow-on programme activity in February & March
